Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with SupplyDrink (“SupplyDrink,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). We take pride in the quality and accuracy of our packaging products and custom solutions. Please read this Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing any order.
1. General Refund Policy
All sales are considered final unless the item(s) received are materially defective, damaged in transit, or otherwise not as described due to an error on our part.
SupplyDrink does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Errors made by the customer during ordering (e.g., incorrect item, quantity, or size)
- Color or material expectations not aligning with personal preference, unless due to a manufacturing defect
2. Customized and Printed Products
All custom-branded, printed, or made-to-specification products are non-refundable and non-returnable once a design proof is approved by the customer.
However, in the event that a custom product arrives damaged, unusable due to production error, or does not reasonably fit its intended application due to our sizing or manufacturing fault, we will:
- Offer a one-time replacement, reprint, or credit (at our discretion), provided the issue is reported within 7 days of delivery with proper documentation (e.g., photos, descriptions, and measurements).
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that all proofs, sizing specs, and design mockups are accurate prior to approval. We are not responsible for issues related to user-submitted artwork, logos, or incorrect file dimensions.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or with a verifiable manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery by sending an email to support@supplydrink.com including:
- Order number
- Detailed description of the issue
- Clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect
- Images of the packaging (if relevant)
Upon review, we may offer:
- A replacement
- A partial refund
- A store credit
- Or, in rare cases, a return label (for standard stock items)
We reserve the right to request return of the defective item(s) for inspection prior to issuing any remedy.
4. Return Authorization Required
Returns (if approved) must be authorized in writing. Items sent back without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will not be accepted or processed.
5. Shipping & Handling Charges
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless a return is the direct result of a verified SupplyDrink fulfillment error. For returned or exchanged items (if accepted), customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed upon.
6. Final Sale Items
All clearance, promotional, and discounted products are sold “as is” and are non-refundable, non-returnable, and not eligible for exchange, except where legally required.
7. Policy Enforcement
SupplyDrink reserves the right to deny any refund or replacement if:
- The claim falls outside the stated time window
- The issue is not deemed a manufacturing error or fulfillment defect
- The item has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
This policy is enforced at our sole discretion and may be updated at any time without prior notice.
